Airbnb CPA Campaigns Need Content Creators for Promos
By Sean Turtle, COO PromoAffiliates – April 1, 2017 — 11:30 AM PDT
Make thousands giving away chances to try some of the best apps and services. The PromoAffiliates Airbnb CPA campaigns are programs where we pay you for new sign-ups for Airbnb. We have several programs with apps like Uber, Postmates, Lyft, Drizly and more. Contact Aaron@promoaffiliates.com for your unique promo code or links.
So every new person who uses your Airbnb link earns you money. For example if we give you an Uber code, we pay you three dollars for every new person who uses your code to take their first ride. The new person gets $15 towards their first Uber ride so it’s a win-win for everyone. All of our clients send us monthly data and we pay out all of our influencers and bloggers on the 16th of every month. It’s so simple and easy to integrate our programs on your social media.
In this article, I will go into detail about the Uber and Airbnb CPA campaigns and how they work. CPA stands for cost per action and it means that we pay you every time a customer takes an action like a first Uber ride or first delivery with Postmates etc.

We Are PromoAffiliates
Word of Mouth
I must admit that I have a pretty cool job. I’m able to work for PromoAffiliates and invite people into an amazing opportunity. As an influencer, blogger or digital marketer, you’ll be able to promote some of the top brands and apps. This will come to your advantage because people will already be familiar with the brand and simply want to try it out for themselves. All of our brands have freemium type deals which means that the promo is giving new users a deal or free trial.
PromoAffiliates has been helping Uber get new users and have hit 500,000 in the past three years! We are currently part of a larger team that is getting Postmates 100,000 new users per month. We take new activations very seriously and our Airbnb CPA campaigns are poised to generate Airbnb thousands of new users. Join this journey with us and you will not regret it. We will work closely with you to maintain content relevancy and our brands will actually help you to get more followers.
Airbnb World Domination
What’s great about the Airbnb CPA campaigns is that they can be done from just about anywhere. Airbnb has over 3 million listings in 30,000 cities in 190 countries! People rent out space and rooms in their homes and it makes for some amazing experiences that you could never get by staying at a hotel. They have expanded Airbnb into the Asian market where even Google and Uber couldn’t make it.
Any content you make about Airbnb is certain to get traffic. People are searching for rooms in information about Airbnb constantly. It is the topic of much legislation here in America where cities are trying to outlaw it because of pressure from the hotel and history. This is similar to the drama between Uber and taxis. These platforms cause such disruption in industries that there are both positive and negative effects.
I love Airbnb and I personally have used it many times. I’ve used it here in Los Angeles where I live and also in New York and New Orleans. I was able to stay in Brooklyn New York city for like $25 a night. It was more of a hostel vibe but it was very clean and I met some very kind people. Sometimes staying at a hostel in New York is better than staying with a friend because you don’t have to worry about going around anyone else’s schedule. And everyone in New York has a crazy schedule.
Tana Mongeau and Our Uber Promo Code
One example of an influencer that has done really well with an Uber promo code is Tana Mongeau. I’m going to explain the quick version of the story how we started working together. I was in charge of finding some new influencers and was searching YouTube for Uber content. I came across Tana and began contacting her about working with us. Soon after, she came out with a video with a title that was something like “Uber driver kidnaps me.”
At first we were worried that Uber may see the video and not like it. But we rolled with the punches and it turned out that Uber didn’t mind. Additionally, the video ended up generating 30,000 sign-ups for Uber in the first 120 days. We were really happy with the results and Tana is still working with us today. I bring up this example because there are many different ways you can go about making content. For Tana, she already made story time videos so that was relevant to her current content.
With the Airbnb CPA campaigns and others, stay true to your voice and your audience will respect that. They already go to you for news and humor and other things so they will not care if you give your promo codes for some of these apps. In fact you may even gain more followers by promoting big-name apps like Uber or Airbnb.
Ideal Digital Marketers Influencers and Bloggers
So the best performing affiliates are the ones who have the most traffic online. Put simply, if you have a popular site and you can promote on there, you will have the best numbers. Digital marketing tactics like search engine optimization and ranking higher than Google will definitely help. If you have a popular blog, you may be able to also get tons of activations and be very successful.
With social media influencers, they have an edge because you can persuade your followers to try something right away. You can hold a competition or do giveaways for engagement. So if someone downloads the app and they can send you a screenshot for a chance to win a prize. With this, you will have more people downloading the app and trying the service.
With the Airbnb CPA campaigns the new user actually has to stay in their first Airbnb for you to get an activation. You have to target people who are already traveling or about to make their plans for travel. Finding the niche potential customer is a big part of marketing. We can help you with this and also help you stay relevant to your current content.
Word of Mouth Marketing
One of the oldest forms of marketing is word-of-mouth marketing. Our affiliates are basically word-of-mouth marketers on steroids. Being able to spread the word to so many people at once is the basis of our digital marketing efforts. Having a popular blog or website is an excellent way to be a part of our Airbnb CPA campaigns too. If you’ve never tried Airbnb, this is a great opportunity to use this service. We want our affiliates to give first-hand accounts of their stay when using Airbnb.
If you are a YouTube influencer, you probably want to show your audience exactly how to enter your promo code and how to use the Airbnb app. You can use screenshots or screen casts as long as you show them exactly how to enter your promo code. Do you want to make sure that people don’t think it’s too complicated and also you don’t want someone else to get the credit. We are paying you only when people use your code to try the service.
As a member of our Airbnb CPA campaigns, you’ll never have to worry about coming up with content ideas. This is because you can always turn to the press for news on Airbnb. The news is generating a lot of buzz currently with Airbnb and the push into the China market where Uber failed. Travel spending in China reached an unprecedented $500 million in 2015.
In a recent CNBC article, Airbnb chief executive Brian Chesky says that the intention of Airbnb is about a “mission is to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere.” This obviously includes China and Chinese travelers. The article also talks about the cultural differences. It’s going to take a while for people in China to get used to this form of tourism and posting their homes online to random guests.
Airbnb has learned it’s lesson since doing business in Europe and other countries. It has teamed up with huge websites like Alibaba and even the city of Shanghai to support tourism. Airbnb is not without its competitors in China and I will go into that in the next section.
In the same CNBC article, some of the competitors to Airbnb services are mentioned in detail. One competitor is called Tujia and they have 420,000 listings compared to Airbnb’s 80,000 listings in China. The biggest difference with this competitor is that they manage many of the rentals that they have on their platform. Obviously, Airbnb is a peer-to-peer platform where people are renting out their own apartments and houses.
Airbnb is still popular with cosmopolitan Chinese who may have used the service while traveling abroad. Airbnb in China is dominated by young people simply because of the cultural difference that I mentioned above. If china can combat the cultural differences, they will be able to compete against their competitors.
